On quiet nights you can hear the roar of the ocean from the Huntington Bayshore gated condo community. Residents are just minutes from the beach, Huntington Beach Pier, and modern conveniences.
Huntington Bayshore condos are located in the 400 block of Lake Street in the downtown area and have great amenities including a swimming pool and subterranean parking where the mail boxes are kept. This neighborhood is made up of six three story buildings; each has its own entrance and address with a key or code to enter. There are 159 condo units that feature one and two bedrooms.
Huntington Bayshore was developed in 1989 and has floor plans that use an open single story concept. The condos have lots of light and large patios with plenty of outdoor space. The one bedrooms range from 850 to 900 square feet with spacious living rooms. The two bedroom, two bath units have master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Some of the units have sliding glass doors and vaulted ceilings as well as separate laundry rooms and fireplaces.
The Huntington Bayshore complex was built above ground with parking underneath and residents can take the stairs or elevators to their units. The clubhouse and pool are available to residents and their guests as well as an outdoor shower and barbecue area.
There are several private schools in the Huntington Beach area including Liberty Christian School, Hebrew Academy, and St. Bonaventure School. The public school system offers many facilities like Agnes L. Smith Elementary School, Ethel Dwyer Middle School, and Huntington Beach High School; all highly ranked.
